We use session timeout in the application for the data security and session-based attacks which for instance will be triggered when the user does not perform any action for 60mins.
The application has the ability to integrate the activity data with Apple health. The parameters like active energy and height-weight data are synchronized with the application from Apple health. The active energy data can be viewed in the activity tab on the main dashboard.
